Location: Oldham Area

Salary: Up to £41,000

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lectures, workshops, and practical sessions in motor vehicle technology.
• Teach the apprentices up to a level 3 standard.
• Develop innovative curriculum materials and assessments to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to facilitate their academic and professional growth.
• Foster a positive learning environment conducive to active participation and skill development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications and industry experience in motor vehicle technology.
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, PTTLS Cert Ed)
• Passion for teaching and empowering students to achieve their full potential.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
