Salary Range: £30,612–£44,091 per year (Full-time)

Location: Berkshire

Role Description

As a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality teaching and assessment in the relevant subject areas. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring an excellent standard of education and training while actively encouraging and promoting student learning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering an effective teaching program within the Motor Vehicle discipline.
  • Sharing your skills and knowledge with learners, motivating them to achieve their goals.
  • Maintaining high levels of student retention and attendance.
  • Developing responsive ways of working that cater to learners’ needs.
  • Monitoring and evaluating progress and teaching practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be passionate about the progress and achievement of their learners.
  • Possess effective communication skills.
  • Hold a relevant Motor Vehicle qualification at level 3 or above.
  • Be willing to work towards, or currently hold, a teaching and assessment qualification.
