- Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons to learners aged 18+.
- Providing timely feedback and supporting learners’ progression.
- Managing teaching, learning, and assessment with a focus on excellence.
- Encouraging and motivating students to reach their full potential.
- A recognised teaching qualification and assessors qualification such as PTTLS, PGCE, CTTLS, AET, DTTLS, DET, or a Degree in Education.
- A Master’s Degree in the subject area is desirable.
- A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
- Experience teaching levels 3, 4, and 6 within the RQF framework to students in Higher Education.
- A commitment to inspiring young minds and achieving the best possible outcomes.
