Motor Claims Handler

Location: South Manchester
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Shifts between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, with one late shift, one early shift per week, and 1 Saturday in 4 with a day in lieu

Key Responsibilities
As a Claims Handler, you will assist non-fault accident clients, ensuring top-quality customer service at all times. Your primary tasks include:

  • Conducting necessary checks and inquiries into liability before arranging hire vehicles or repairs for non-fault clients
  • Handling customer and insurer calls efficiently and professionally
  • Ensuring accurate data processing and resolving queries promptly
  • Promoting our services and completing necessary administrative tasks
  • Working proactively to achieve targets and progress caseloads in a timely manner

Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong time management skills
  • Dynamic, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in credit hire and total loss management (desired)
