Experienced Mortgage Processor Required

Norwich office

Mon-Fri 9-5 with some flexibility

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 with staff Pension, staff bonus scheme, permit parking

My wonderful client is an independent, whole of market mortgage broker and are looking for an experienced mortgage processor to join their professional team.

They deal with:-

-Residential Mortgages

-Buy to Let Mortgages

-Secured Loans

-Development Finance

-Bridging Finance

-Commercial Finance

-Equity Release

-Life insurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection.

The role:

· Submitting applications to lenders via their online platforms

· Processing applications and gathering information

· Sourcing mortgage products

· Maintain an excellent understanding of products and underwriting criteria

· Provide support and advice to existing customers

· Updating clients on cases and liaising with lenders, solicitors & estate agents

· To ensure full compliance and accuracy of the business

Experience required:

· Mortgage processing ESSENTIAL

· Mortgage System (Sourcing System knowledge) ESSENTIAL

·CeMAP qualified -Preferred, but not advising

· Whole of market experience - Preferred

· Excellent communicator

· Organisational skills are key
