We are currently on the hunt for Mortgage Processors to join a dynamic organisation who are one of the UK's fastest growing independent financial consultancies. At the heart of everything they do is impeccable customer service.

As our Mortgage Processor, you’ll assess and process mortgage applications for a pipeline of customers. You’ll see applications through to completion, using effective questioning to ensure you’re making the correct lending decision. You’ll act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the process.

The successful Mortgage Processor will be working in a fast paced, target driven environment, effectively managing your own work load and efficiently contacting customers. Assessing a customer’s finances through open and honest conversations. Having the confidence to question someone’s circumstances and take ownership of the decision of whether to lend. Educating customers about the process and influencing them to progress details quickly. Evaluating the accuracy and authenticity of each customer’s details and documents. Managing multiple cases at any one time, often with conflicting deadlines.

In return for your efforts as a Mortgage Processor, you will be paid a generous basic salary & also a monthly bonus

If you’re an experienced Mortgage Processor or you have previous experience in Case Management, have the ability to carry out processes in a compliant manner, can work successfully to targets & current or recent experience of an outbound call environment please apply today & we will be in touch
