As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you will deliver exceptional service, working closely with internal departments and directors to make fair and responsible decisions based on customer information swiftly and diligently. We pride ourselves on speed, accuracy, service, and a can-do attitude.

In your first few weeks in this Mortgage Paraplanner role, you can expect to:

• Accurately prepare suitability reports and letters to target deadlines
• Ensure all client work is compliant and supported with relevant paperwork
• Undertake comparative research in preparation of client recommendations
• Complete technical research as part of the existing arrangement review process
• Discuss client objectives with the relevant Mortgage and Protection Advisors, identifying and obtaining necessary client information to prepare the necessary suitability checks.

• A track record of success and knowledge within Financial Services/ Legal, specialising in mortgage and protection advice
• You will also require an excellent understanding of your local market movement, activities, and competitors
