The Company

We're seeking an ambitious Mortgage Lead Generator looking to embark on a career in the financial services industry with one of the UK's key players. Our award-winning client, renowned within the mortgage and protection industry for their exceptional customer service, are looking for a dynamic team player to support their mortgage and protection advisers by sourcing and booking appointments. In return for your hard work and dedication the company will enrol you onto their Trainee Adviser Programme, offering you the opportunity to become CeMap qualified.

Key Responsibilities of a Mortgage Lead Generator:

• Speaking to potential customers over the phone that may require mortgage & protection advice
• Making sure that all leads are handled in a timely and professional manner
• Gaining trust over the phone and working with the client to secure follow up appointments with the relevant mortgage adviser
• Providing first class customer service to clients
• Ensuring that you gain an in depth understanding of the mortgage and property market
• Continued commitment to personal development within the trainee adviser programme

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Prior sales / customer service experience
• Some knowledge or exposure to the mortgage, protection or property market
• Experience of using internal systems
• A passion for building a career within the financial services industry
• A motivated character who wants to provide exceptional customer service
• Accuracy and attention to detail with good organisational skills
• Exceptional phone manner
