Completions Officer - Buy to Let Mortgages - London

We are excited to be recruiting a Completions Officer, for a London based mortgage lender. This is a hybrid role, with two days a week in the office and three from home. The needs of this role are part compliance and part customer service.

As Completions Officer, you will manage the smooth process from when a mortgage offer is issued, to when the loan completes. To ensure that all mortgage offer conditions are satisfied.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Underwriters and New Business Team on any completion queries
  • Communicate with Intermediaries, valuers or Solicitor enquiries
  • Reviewing legal correspondence from solicitors
  • Pursue outstanding documents
  • Initiate pipeline management
  • Capability of meeting service level agreements and maintaining excellent customer service
  • Authenticate the Certificate of Title
  • Processing of Certificates of Titles (COTs)

Skills and Experience:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Good project and time management skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-moving environment where priorities sometimes change.
  • You must have a good working knowledge of MS Office
