Mortgage Case Manager

Role responsibilities for the Mortgage Case Manager:

• Processing and managing applications from the initial inquiry through to completion.
• Taking ownership and management of tasks to successfully deliver completions for customers.
• Liaising with numerous lenders and building lasting relationships
• Processing full documentation
• Be a team player and showcase initiative.
• Working in a fast-paced environment meeting regulatory targets

Role requirements for the Mortgage Case Manager:

• 2nd charge Mortgage case management preferable but not essential
• Excellent I.T and communication skills
• Good understanding of the whole of market lenders and processes
• Knowledge of FCA regulations and Knowledge of TCF culture
• Strong exposure to the back office financial services sector
