The Mortgage Case Manager Role
As the Mortgage Case Manager for the specialist brokerage, you will work alongside one broker providing a complete client journey from DIP through to completion, working on a variety of cases including Residential, Mortgage and buy to let mortgages.
To thrive in this role, you will need an in-depth experience in case management, a thorough understanding of the mortgage market, and a passion for the property finance industry. It is essential that you have the knowledge and skillset to be able to confidently a variety of Mortgage cases, and deliver an exceptional level of service that surpasses your clients’ expectations.

The Mortgage Case Manager Package

  • Monday to Friday
  • Basic Salary up to £25k
  • Commission 2.5% of your brokers banked business
  • OTE £35k
  • Training & Support provided
  • Career progression
  • Hybrid 3 days in the office per week


Mortgage Case Manager desired skills and experience

  • Experienced Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Case Manager / Mortgage Paraplanner
  • Experience with Residential mortgage admin & buy to let case admin
  • Professional and personable approach
  • Self-motivated & supportive member of the team
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Pragmatic problem solver with a proactive approach
