Since launching in March 2022, they have quickly become a go to lender for mortgage intermediaries looking for a little more common sense and a can-do attitude to their landlord’s specialist finance needs.

As a result of this rapid growth and the need to help a growing number of intermediary partners, there is now an opportunity for an additional Broker support adviser.

Working within a hybrid home / office model you will be the front-line telephone contact for our introducing broker partners, helping them with new business enquiries and updates on existing applications.

No two days are the same as you speak to and help a variety of different customers with complex mortgage enquires. The team culture is built around doing the right thing, applying common sense, and helping each other within a dynamic and fun environment.

This is a rare opportunity to be a key part of a team building a specialist lender. You will have the autonomy to develop your role, make an impact and have a clear career progression within a rapidly growing business.

Knowledge of mortgage products, particularly Buy to Let would be an advantage however, training will be provided for candidates with excellent customer service skills who have some other financial services experience.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Front line role answering customer queries and enquires.
  • Explaining the product or service benefits to potential customers.
  • Handling customer questions.
  • Providing support to the external sales team by assisting with existing case chasing.
  • Manage a pipeline of offered loans and facilitate completions by liaising with brokers and solicitors.
  • Providing updates on existing business applications.
  • Recording customer details including reaction to the product or service offered.
  • Maintaining the customer registration records.
  • Providing administrative support for the external sales team.
