My client, a fantastic, forward thinking mortgage brokerage are looking to hire a Mortgage and Protection Administrator to support their busy, award winning team based in Gateshead.

They have a strong work ethic and are a close knit team who offer outstanding client service, they are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service.

Duties will include.

  • Liaising with clients on a daily basis.
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries from clients, lenders and conveyancers.
  • Progress mortgages throughout the underwriting process.
  • Compliance tasks.
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system.
  • Liaising with solicitors.
  • General administrative duties.

Personable Attributes.

  • Experience of mortgage administration or financial services.
  • Personable with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisation and administration skills.
  • Attention to detail, methodical and thorough.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Can work quickly to tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will currently be working within the same job role and will have at least one year’s experience. If this role is of interest please get in touch.
