Position: Mortgage and Protection Administrator
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Minimum Requirements:
- Mortgage and Protection experience (ideally from a Financial Planning firm)
- Financial Services Administration experience
Salary/package: Up to £28,000 + bonus + 25 days' annual leave + healthcare + pension (5%, 5%) + study support + DIS + various other benefits

Our client is a successful, award-winning UK-wide IFA network with head quarters based in West Sussex. The company has significant plans to grow over the next 12 months and has just started the search for a Mortgage and Protection Administrator to join its rapidly-expanding Mortgage team.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the firm’s Mortgage and Protection Team Leader, the Mortgage and Protection Administrator's key duties will include
- Chase providers on the progress of business in a timely and effective manner
- Chase solicitors for exchange and completion dates
- Update client’s progress of workflow.
- To prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Chase client authorities with insurance companies
- Ensure all documents held on client files are scanned to INVU or Intelligent Office
- Issue documents to clients including suitability letters
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates interested in the Mortgage and Protection Administrator vacancy will have the following criteria:
- Mortgage and Protection experience (ideally from a Financial Planning firm)
- Financial Services Administration experience
REMUNERATION / PACKAGE
The package for the Mortgage Administrator role is as follows:
- Salary of up to £28,000
