The Mortgage Advisor Role
As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor for the brokerage, it will be your responsibility to assist clients in securing the best mortgage and protection product that is tailored to their specific needs and financial circumstances.
All appointments are face to face home visits with clients, you’ll receive booked in appointments that have been pre-qualified, credit checked with suitable lenders sourced by the support team, you will also have a dedicated administration team to support each of your cases, including application submission.

Mortgage Advisor Key responsibilities

• Attend pre booked home visit appointments
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with your clients
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to your clients

The Mortgage Advisor Package

• Hours: Monday to Friday
• Basic Salary: £30k
• OTE £110k+
• The company has an 85% conversion rate
• Full administrative support - no administrative duties required
• All leads / Clients provided - no self generation required
• Prebooked & Qualified appointments

Mortgage Advisor desired skills and experience

• Experienced CeMap qualified Mortgage advisor
• Experience conducting face to face mortgage appointments
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Excellent time management
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to maintain excellent working relationships
• Ability to travel across the North West for meetings
