Due to the continued growth, our clients have a fantastic opportunity for a CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor to join their flourishing team.

Our clients are a large independent mortgage broker, providing independent mortgage and protection advice. They work closely with a number of businesses and introducers, such as builders, accountants, solicitors and estate agents offering independent mortgage and protection advice. As a large introducer, they benefit from a number of exclusive mortgage rates not available elsewhere.

Mortgage Advisor - Duties will include:

• Collaborating closely with your clients to qualify and provide the most appropriate solutions for their mortgaging requirements, additionally you will also provide guidance on a variety of protection products.
• As an independent mortgage broker, you will have an ability to build your client book up over time, developing long standing relationships with your clients and supporting them through any future re-mortgaging needs.
• Prompt management and ownership of the direct web lead enquiries / social media contacts, which has been a growing part of the business.
• Holding appointments with your clients via various methods.

Mortgage Advisor - Essential Requirements:

• Ful CeMAP qualification.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal, with an ability to build rapport and understand your client’s needs.
• The ability to manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.

Mortgage Advisor- Hours of Work:

• Full time, Monday to Saturday with a set day off during the week.

Mortgage Advisor - Salary & Benefits:

Circa £60,000+ per annum OTE (£30,000-£35,000 basic), depending on experience. In addition to competitive rates of pay they also offer a range of additional benefits, as follows:
