The Mortgage & Protection Advisor Role
As a Mortgage Advisor for the Brokerage, you will be covering branches in Newcastle, Durham, and Northumberland. You'll be provided with an abundance of leads, and offer fee free advice, guiding clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage loans tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.

Mortgage & Protection Advisor Key responsibilities

• Provide expert Mortgage and Protection advice and guidance to clients
• Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage and protection products
• Tailored Mortgage and Protection products to match financial circumstances.
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
• Analyse and compare mortgage & protection products from various lenders & providers
• Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
• follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate financial advice
• Maintain clear communication between the support, administration and protection teams

Mortgage & Protection AdvisorPackage

• Employed: £30k
• Commission: £10.5k Validation then 40%
• OTE £90k - £100k
• Remote
• Administrative support - Dedicated Client relationship manager
• All leads Provided - No self generation required
• Quarterly Advisor gatherings
• Self Employed also available if desired - Commission 40%
