Seeking a Talented Mortgage Adviser!

Key Responsibilities:


Provide personalised mortgage advice tailored to each client's financial situation and goals.
Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
Analyse financial information to determine the best mortgage options available.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, products, and regulations to offer the most relevant advice.
Build strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser or similar role in the financial industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and underwriting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CeMAP or equivalent are preferred
