The Mortgage & Protection Advisor Role
As the Mortgage & Protection Broker, you will be an experienced and established Mortgage & Protection advisor with an extensive knowledge of the industry and whole of market mortgage and protection advice.
Provided with leads referred directly from brokerages Estate Agency partnerships & established introducers, you’ll guide clients through the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage and protection products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.

It will be your responsibility to nurture these strong relationships with the local Estate Agencies and establish new introducers to build your client book. Once you have built your pipeline up as an employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will have the opportunity to carry your pipeline over to a self-employed model, increasing your earning potential from your existing clients.

Mortgage & Protection Advisor desired skills and experience

• Cemap Qualified or Equivalent
• Experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor
• Established client book or lead source
• Ability to generate new business
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Whole of Market Mortgage & Protection experience
• Local to Wigan / Warrington / St Helens
• Estate Agency experience or a Background working alongside Estate Agencies / Agents
• Ability to build relationships with the estate agencies & nurture the lead source

Mortgage & Protection Advisor Package
SELF EMPLOYED Mortgage & Protection Broker

• Self-Generated lead commission 68% of total income banked
• Introduced lead Commission 35% of total income banked
• Administrative & Compliance support
• Office Based in St Helens
• Leads Provided - Self Generation supported & encouraged

EMPLOYED Mortgage & Protection Advisor

• £25,000 basic salary
• 25% commission on everything the bank over £2,500 per month
• Administrative & Compliance support
• Office Based in St Helens
• Leads Provided - Self Generation supported & encouraged
