The Mortgage Advisor Role
As the Mortgage Advisor for the Estate Agency, you will have a board knowledge of residential mortgages, and a confident knowledge of whole of market mortgage advice.
You’ll receive qualified client appointments directly from the Estate Agents that you work alongside in the Basildon and Wickford branches, taking the time to ensure clients have clarity and peace of mind throughout their financial journey is key to the continued success and flawless reputation of the team.
You’ll also have the opportunity to earn commission when you refer your clients to partnered Protection advisors, solicitors, packagers and other partners.

The Mortgage Advisor Package

• Hours 8:30am - 6pm (Including Saturday with a day off in the week)
• Basic Salary: up to £37k depending on experience.
• £3k Car Allowance
• Tiered Commission up to 50%
• Booked client calls up to 20 per month
• Dedicated Case Manager
• 28 Days holiday + Christmas off
• Office Based across Basildon & Wickford
• Great transport links & Parking

Mortgage Advisor desired skills and experience

• CeMap Qualified
• Minimum 12 month experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Enjoys being part of a team
• Professional and helpful
• Exceptional Communicator
• Ability to manage your time effectively
• Driven & self-motivated
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Whole of Market mortgage experience
