The Mortgage and Protection Advisor package

• Office Based - Sandbach or Crewe branch
• Hours: 9am - 5:30pm
• Basic Salary £30k DOE
• Commission structure: validation then 30% - 20% uplift from leads transferred & fees
• Full Administrative support and client management
• Holidays per year 21 days holiday + bank holidays & 1 additional day per year capped at 26 days
• Annual Pay reviews - Pension contribution - income Protection & PMI
• Training funding and support to progress your career
• Career progression to become and IFA within the company

The Mortgage and Protection Advisor Role

As a Mortgage Advisor and Protection Advisor for the brokerage, you'll be provided with leads through an established network of introducers and strong referral network.
It will be your responsibility to guide clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.
