Mortgage Adviser

Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser required. My client is a well-established mortgage brokerage based in Surrey, and due to recent growth are looking for additional advisers to join their friendly team on a self-employed basis.

My client is a directly authorised, whole-of-market mortgage and protection firm based in Surrey, and has been helping customers for 20+ years.

• Provide expert mortgage advice and guidance to all customers
• Conduct comprehensive consultations with customers to understand their situation and overall goals
• Stay updated on mortgage market trends, interest rates and lending policies
• Educate your customers on mortgage-related terminology, processes and potential risks to help make an informed decision
• Maintain strong relationships with all your customers
• Assess customers' financial status, including; income, expenses, assets and liabilities, to determine their borrowing capacity and eligibility for various mortgage products

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a mortgage broker firm, have whole-of-market experience and be CeMAP qualified. My client is a close-knit company so they are looking for someone who is willing to travel into the office every now and again to see the team.

• Previous experience working in a mortgage broker firm
• Whole-of-market experience
• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Must be able to pass the fit and proper assessment
• No panel exclusions
• A true desire to grow your own business

• Some leads are provided by my client
• Fantastic training and ongoing support
• 70% commission split for self-generated leads
• 55% commission split for leads provided
• Admin support is provided
