We are recruiting for one of our largest and most successful Partnership businesses, This is an excellent opportunity to join the City based Financial Services Practice in the position of an employed Mortgage and Protection Adviser, where your performance in delivering client focused solutions and submitting and issuing compliant and excellent quality business will be recognised and rewarded.

This is an employed role with a basic salary of £45-50K(negotiable) plus sales performance related bonuses subject to achieving KPIs brining you to OTE £60K - £80K plus

All clientswill be providedby the immediate manager and the post holder will be required to look after a well-established client baseandany referrals, dealing with all aspects of their mortgage needs.

Administration support is provided, and the post holder will work closely with a team of experienced support administrators, allowingthem to focus on servicing the client bank.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Working knowledge of current UK residential mortgage, remortgage and BTL lender criteria

• Proven successful track record as a Mortgage Adviser

• Ability to quickly establish, develop and manage client relationships.

• Ability to identify client needs, assimilateproduct informationand give relevant and compliant advice to clients.

• IT skills (Inc. Windows, Outlook,Excel and working knowledge of a CRM).

• High level of numeracy.

• Attention to detail.

• Effective telephone and communication skills.

• Excellent English both oral and written

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate (any discipline)

• CeMap 1, 2 and 3

• Fully appointed FCA status

EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a UK based Mortgage Adviser, with demonstrable success sand experience of dealing with a professional client base.

• Protection sales experience desirable.
