Position: Remortgage Adviser
Location: Southampton
Experience Required: No experience necessary, but must hold relevant qualifications (without this we cannot proceed)
Salary: Basic £25,000 to £26,000 (rising to £30,000 upon achieving full competency status)
OTE: £45,000 to £50,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to existing customers coming to the end of fixed-rate mortgages.
  • Guide clients through the remortgaging process with care and professionalism.
  • Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize commission potential.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service.
