This is a great opportunity to use your skills in a team that works hard to achieve the best outcomes for their clients. The managers of the business will go out of their way to give you the support and leadership that is required and this has created a positive working atmosphere.

This is a key role with lots of responsibility and your tasks will include:

  • Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status.
  • Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion.
  • Submission of mortgage and protection applications.
  • Research and sourcing of mortgage products.
  • Supporting and working closely with the financial planners and other team members.
  • Managing client documentation and recommendation reports.
  • Processing financial transactions within SLA.
  • Keep up to date with FCA regulations and internal policies and procedures.
  • Arranging client meetings and appointments.
  • Manage and maintain client data within the back-office system.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and third-party service providers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare accurate and timely documentation for client meetings.
  • Operate as prime point of contact for potential and existing client base.

Skills required

We are looking for someone with the following skills.

  • At least one years mortgage administration experience.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Highly organised.
  • Passionate about attention to detail.
  • Enjoy dealing with people from all walks of life.
