*We are looking for candidates who specifically have at least 2 years’ experience of working as a Mortgage & Protection Administrator. This is an essential requirement for this role.*
Our client is a multi-award-winning property finance brokerage, specialising in residential mortgages, specialist property finance, and protection insurance for clients across the UK and internationally.
Role Overview:
As a crucial member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the mortgage and protection advisers. Your responsibilities will encompass administrative and paraplanning tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of applications through the property buying and personal protection insurance processes. From liaising with advisers to providing updates to clients, your proactive management of the application pipeline will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service.
The Candidate:
- At least 2 years-experience working as a Mortgage & Protection Administrator.
- Well-spoken with a good telephone manner.
- Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a dynamic team environment, where collaboration is essential for success.
- Organisational Acumen: Your organisational skills are exemplary, allowing you to strategise and proactively manage tasks.
- Research Proficiency: Strong research abilities enable you to navigate complex information effectively.

On offer:
A basic salary up to £34k depending on experience
A quarterly bonus based on hitting set targets/KPI’s
