The E.ON I&C Pillar combines the current nPower nBS & E.ON B2B businesses to create a new £5billion revenue business serving c60,000 customers and around 300,000-meter points with a view to becoming the number one B2B energy supplier in the UK.

We have an exciting opportunity for a MOP Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling them to identify complex issues and devise effective solutions. For this role, you will manage and schedule tasks within specified timeframes, even when faced with conflicting priorities, to ensure adherence to SLAs. The position is based in Solihull and offers a hybrid working arrangement of 2 days in the office per week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Dataflow management in line with BSCP timescales
  • Managing complex metering queries
  • Liaising with customers
  • Capacity management
  • Internal and External Agent collaboration
  • Portfolio progress reporting
  • Managing site visit results and actioning relevant industry dataflows
  • Junifer ticket processing

  • Negotiation and influencing skills to obtain best results
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and staff at all levels
  • Work independently, accurately and using initiative
  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload whilst maintaining service
