I am looking for an experienced Module Manager to join a leading Aerospace corporation on full time and permanent basis. You will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day production, planning and execution of the operations function to ensure on time delivery to customers, whilst aligning tasks within the Module and ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to.

Job Description
- Initiate plans and processes which minimise manufacturing costs through effective utilisation of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital.
- Manage inventory levels in the Module in line with set targets and business goals and objectives.
- Make sure Quality standards are adhered to during the product life cycle during the manufacturing process.
- Effective route cause corrective action (RCCA).
- Make sure delivery of each product within the Module to OTFIS & OTD.
- Provide leadership and support to the Module in order to achieve defined business goals and objectives.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- An experienced Production Supervisor/Manager who has the experience of working within Aerospace, Automotive or a fast-paced production environment where there is a high degree of customisation.
- Experience of leading large, diverse teams – 40 - 50+.
- Experience of delivering improvement results using a number of techniques: e.g. A3’s Documents, 6-Sigma.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate and manage diverse teams.
- Able to identify and resolve technical, operational and organisational problems.
- Confident to problem solve, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
