Hours: Monday - Friday (general working hours are 08:00 - 16:30)
Additional Pay: Overtime is paid at £15.25 per hour

Experience:
Driving experience (minimum of 3 years required)
Vending experience is preferred but not essential.
Experience in the hospitality industry or coffee shop environment would be an advantage.

Due to continuous growth, our client has an exciting opportunity for a full time Mobile Vending Operative to join their growing team in Watford. We expect an excellent level of customer service as this is a front-line mobile role, visiting client sites daily to restock and clean our high-quality coffee machines and snack merchandisers.

This is an ideal opportunity if you are a friendly, presentable person who enjoys interacting with clients in a customer-focused way and take pride in the responsibility of maintaining your machines to a very high standard.

About the role:
- Cleaning and replenishing coffee machines and ensuring that the hygiene and cleanliness of your machines comply with both company and AVA guidelines and standards.
- Ensuring all merchandise is adequately stocked and rotated so no out of date products are displayed in your machines.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to fix minor faults and to report major faults back to the Service Desk immediately while on site.
- Completing all relevant stock and cash control using the handheld system.
- Collecting cash from machines securely as directed and returning to the depot as required.
- Taking responsibility for stock rotation on your van to ensure minimum waste and efficient ordering of products to ensure adequate levels are on board.
- Courteous liaison with clients, providing a high level of care and customer point of contact during your visits.
- Same day reporting of any accidents, customer complaints and product related issues to the Service Desk or Service Manager.
- Providing cover for colleague's routes if needed.
- Attendance of any relevant training courses, team meetings and any reasonable management requests.

Requirements for the role:
Hold a full UK driving licence (clean and no more than 6 points)
Good time management skills to ensure your mobile route is adhered to
High level of customer-facing and communication skills
Attention to detail in completing all relevant stock and cash controls
A can-do attitude to learning new skills and an interest in solving minor engineering problems
