Mobile Body Repairer / Sprayer - SMART Repair

This position comes with a Basic Salary and an achievable OTE of £50,000

Fresh Car is a mobile car care company, specialising in valeting, detailing, and SMART Repairs, at Fresh we have a combination of franchise based and company-owned locations with coverage nationwide. We launched our first SMART repair franchise in July and after a successful trial have launched 12 locations around the UK and are continuing to expand our reach and services, this is an extraordinary opportunity to join at an early stage and play a pivotal role in the expansion of the business.

As a SMART Repair Technician, you will take operational charge of the day-to-day running of SMART repairs business in your area, with opportunities to grow a team in the future.

This position will require you to take the initiative in your area, overseeing the operations of SMART repairs including working with customers directly, you may potentially be training new team members and providing ongoing support over the phone whilst liaising with our Head of SMART repairs.

The successful candidate will service the daily SMART repair needs of all our customers booked in by our Head office. The chance to have an excellent earning potential.

The successful candidate will have a valid UK driving licence, be flexible with hours on occasions in line with the needs of the business, be physically fit, well presented, friendly, customer focussed and most importantly work to an exceptionally high standard.

Responsibilities:

? Quote for jobs and liaise with customers directly when required

? Able to be flexible with hours on occasion as our customer requires

? Drive to customer locations and repair their vehicles

? As a more experienced technician, you may be asked to support new franchisees in

their development

? Allowing newer team members to shadow you and learn from your experience

? A self-motivated individual and able to work on their own initiative

Skills & Experience:

? Experience working in SMART repairs or in similar body shops roles. Paint spraying.

? Prior knowledge and understanding of Smart Repairs and paint repair techniques and

body shop repair methods

? Min 3 years Paint/Smart experience (Preferably ATA/IMI/ and working to PAS 125

formats)

? Good knowledge and application of fillers.

? Able to paint a min of 2 vertical panels and blend

? Great attention to detail, noticing patterns and managing to deal with issues before

they get out of control.

? Build strong relationships with co-workers and franchise owners

? Driven to achieve results and add value to the business

? Strong communication skills

? Ability to build rapport with customers quickly
