An exciting opportunity has arisen for a tax specialist with rounded experience of personal and corporate tax experience to join this flourishing, burgeoning North London practice.
You will handle your own portfolio of clients which includes a mix of high net worth individuals and some non-domicile and non-UK resident clients .To complement these personal tax clients , you will also be responsible for a broad range of corporate tax clients, which include a range of owner managed business across a range of industry sectors.
* To act as a day-to-day point of contact for the client, and to practice the
principles of excellent client service at all times
* To be responsible for undertaking the compliance for both personal and corporate
clients (preparing Corporation Tax Returns, Personal Tax Returns, Trust and Estate
Returns and forms P11D)
* To provide adequate briefing, supervision and training for junior staff.
* To develop and maintain an advanced level of technical knowledge through appropriate
reading and courses
* To provide assistance on Tax planning projects including capital gains tax,
residence and domicile issues, trusts etc.
* Work with partners on one-off technical assignments for new and existing clients.
* To be the first interface for tax/VAT enquiries

Ideally, you will possess ATT /CTA or ACCA qualified, although candidates qualified by experience will also be considered. In addition , you should demonstrate a strong technical knowledge as well as good communication skills to liaise directly with clients and the HMRC.
