We are seeking a diligent and attentive Minute Taker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional listening and writing skills to accurately record the discussions and decisions made during meetings. This role is crucial in ensuring that all meeting proceedings are documented systematically and efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:

Attend various meetings, capturing and recording all discussions, decisions, and action items.

Ensure clarity of notes, capturing the essence of the discussions without personal interpretation.

Transcribe minutes in a clear and concise manner, reflecting the tone and level of formality of the meeting.

Edit and revise minutes as necessary for accuracy and coherence.

Distribute finalised minutes to all relevant parties in a timely manner.

Maintain confidentiality of all discussions and documents.

Organise and archive minutes and meeting documentation for easy retrieval and reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Minute Taker or similar role.

Excellent listening skills and the ability to record information accurately and quickly.

Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in word processing and typing with a high level of speed and accuracy.

Ability to summarise and paraphrase detailed discussions.

Discretion and understanding of the importance of confidentiality.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
