French and Spanish Teacher
  • Annual Salary: £34,514 - £51,179

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic French and Spanish Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced educators to make a significant impact on students’ lives, teaching across KS3 and KS4 in a supportive and community-focused environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Design and deliver engaging and informative lesson plans in French and Spanish.
  • Provide constructive feedback on student work and homework assignments.
  • Uphold safeguarding protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, offering additional support where necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school’s language department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • Degree qualification in teaching, with a strong focus on French and Spanish.
  • In-depth knowledge of the subject curriculum and a passion for teaching.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to student learning and achievement.
  • Ability to collaborate with Teaching Assistants to foster an inclusive learning environment.
