THE BUSINESS:
C4S Search are pleased to be working with a large manufacturing company.

THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:

• Performing ICY inspection of manufactured products and generating detailed conformity reports and non-conformance reports using various metrology equipment and software.
• Providing production support across all 3 UAPs on both day and night shifts, utilizing laser tracking equipment across all programs.
• Demonstrating proficiency in reading and comprehending CAD models and 2D data, understanding G, D & T, datum systems, and product KCs.
• Operating autonomously while exhibiting strong communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to support Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Generating and interpreting inspection reports.
• Setting up products for inspection using datum systems and ICY jigs.
• Referencing product/component data using PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

• Mastery in Polyworks software usage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and 3D CAD data interpretation.
• Proactive approach, demonstrating willingness to innovate and challenge when necessary.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teamwork and consideration of team goals.
• Commitment to Continuous Improvement and Quality mindset.
