Description

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies
• Collaborate with suppliers and store management to ensure product availability
• Analyse sales and customer demand to predict future trends
• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Plan and implement promotional events to drive sales
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits
• Develop seasonal merchandise plans in line with budget
• Optimise sales and gross margin by planning and controlling allocated budget

Profile

A successful Merchandiser should have:

• A degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field
• Experience working with jewellery (ideally) or within luxury brands
• Advanced Excel skills
• A strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising techniques
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
