Requirements:

• At least 6 months of recent experience working as a support worker.
• Completion of CPI Intervention Training (MAPA Restraint Training) is mandatory.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to support others.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).
