Our client, an award-winning provider of Mental Health Services, is seeking a Mental Health Clinical Lead to join their team!

This position is being offered on a remote working basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our client’s clinical standards, leading on audit activity, and driving forward strategies to continually improve clinical service delivery. As our MH Clinical Lead, you will be the main point of contact for clinical support and risk escalation for their service. You will leverage your knowledge of risk and safeguarding to ensure a safe and secure environment for their clients. Additionally, you will analyze service outcome data and identify trends that can be improved as part of a continuous quality improvement cycle.

Working closely with the wider clinical leadership team, you will develop and implement new clinical initiatives that help drive service improvement. Your expertise will be integral in shaping our clinical practices and ensuring the highest quality of care for their clients.

Our Ideal Candidate for the Role

We are seeking a proven clinical leader with expertise in risk management and clinical supervision, along with prior experience in service audit and development through a clear quality change cycle. Possessing an additional core profession would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be fully qualified as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with full BABCP accreditation. f you meet these qualifications and have the necessary experience, we strongly encourage you to apply for this role. Salary £51,000-£57,000 per annum

Full time, 40 hours per week Mon-Fri

Location: UK remote working with occasional travel
