Membership Executive

Simple Recruitment are delighted to be working with a longstanding client, based in Frome, who are looking for a Membership Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

Our client offers personalised telephone contact services to a range of membership organisations, to reach out and liaise with members on their behalf. Joining a busy and friendly team, you will be self-motivated with strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner. You will be able to work with close attention to detail and will possess good IT skills.

Key responsibilities:
Working on a wide variety of client campaigns, key responsibilities will include:

• Making and receiving calls
• Sending emails and correspondence
• Updating records
• Taking payment details

Salary:
£25,000 per annum

Hours:
This is a full-time role with 37.5 hours per week. These are worked on a fortnightly shift pattern between the following hours of operation: 9am to 7pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm on Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday.
