A health club based in Surbiton are looking for a switched on and organised Membership Consultant to join their growing team.

To ensure that the company continue to successfully retain all members through innovative campaigns whilst offering the very best level of service to the current membership base.

Membership Consultant Duties:

• To meet membership KPI’s through team work and work alongside other departments to ensure all staff are aware of the campaigns and goals.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• To develop and implement campaigns to recruit new members
• Complete and follow up on membership tours.
• Assist in the new member follow-up series.
• Contact web/phone/walk-in enquiries
• To be able to run reports in software with complete accuracy.
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to any members concerns
• Come up with ideas to enhance the member journey and ways to communicate with members.

Membership Consultant Specification:

• Excellent communication skills
• To have membership consultant experience is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Great work ethic
• Be motivated and to live locally.
• Team Player
