Job Title: Membership Administrator
Contract: Full-time
Working Model: 80% attendance in the Chelmsford office
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Start Date: May 2024
My client, a membership organisation is recruiting for a Membership Administrator.
Main Responsibilities of the Membership Administrator:
- Membership renewals and engagement; payments and general queries.
- Proactively making outbound calls with existing, lapsed members.
- Updating CRM.
- Purchase Ledger - process direct debit payments, invoicing, chase outstanding queries.
- To provide ad hoc support as necessary from time to time.
Essential Skills:
- Proactive, a self-starter with excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal / communication skills, internally and externally.
- Excellent telephone and people skills.
- Organisational skills: Able to prioritise own workload and meet tight deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- IT / Microsoft Skills / MS Dynamics
