Chase Resourcing are delighted to announce that we are currently seeking a number of Medical Technology Coders in a number of Hospital departments in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Overview:

The Coding Technologist will be responsible for accurately coding diagnoses and interventions from the health records while utilizing the International Classification of Diseases, 9th Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-9-CM); abstracting coded information into the computer in accordance with mandates and guidelines established by the Saudi Arabia Health Institute.

Education & requirements:

  • Diploma Degree in Health Information Management or related discipline from an accredited institution - Essential
  • Medical Terminology Course - Essential
  • Completed HIMAA, ICD-10- AM/ACHI/ACS - Introductory Course - Essential
  • Registration with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties - Essential

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2 (two) years position related experience in a Hospital Medical Record Department - Essential
