Multiple opportunities with our client who are a highly successful InSourcing and Medical Recruitment business who are opening an additional office in Milton Keynes.

They have opportunities for:

- Recruiters through to Principal T/L in their InSourcing Team

- Nursing Recruiters

- Doctors Recruiters

- Social Care Recruiters

One of the businesses Directors along with several existing members of staff are moving to the MK office as well.

The Medical InSourcing model (medical services provisions as a direct clinical partner to the NHS) is highly successful and runs at a 30-35% margin, whist creating revenue for the trusts and hospitals.

They are able to pay excellent packages with basics up to £45k depending on experience and billings and a commission structure that runs up to 20%. The new office is opening on June 1st close to MK station and they need to fill this office immediately with a view to filling the office next door within 12 months due to huge demand.

Whilst the medical recruitment market is being squeezed by increasing regulation and the NHS' target of 2% spend, the medical InSourcing market is growing at a rapid rate.
