This nationwide legal firm are presently seeking a skilled Solicitor to join their medical negligence team based in the London office.

As part of the team, you'll contribute to enhancing clients' quality of life, engaging with challenging cases in a supportive and experienced environment.

The Role

  • The successful candidate will work alongside Partners focusing on cases involving brain or spinal injuries resulting from medical negligence or personal injury.
  • You will have the opportunity to manage your caseload independently while assisting senior team members on complex, high-value cases.
  • Your role will involve analyzing cases, proposing commercial solutions, and striving to secure interim payments for client rehabilitation and support.

About You

  • The firm seek a Solicitor with a strong interest in medical negligence law and demonstrated experience in high-value cases.
  • The ideal candidate will also possess excellent client communication and legal advisory skills.
  • Technical expertise in medical negligence law is also essential.
  • You will also have experience supporting seniors on complex cases
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage caseloads independently.
