Main Responsibilities
- Facilitate coordination of donations, appointments, and assessments.
- Adhere to the organisation's health and safety, confidentiality, data protection, and other relevant policies
- Champion equal opportunity and anti-discrimination principles
- Engage in staff training, organisational meetings, and events as necessary
- Collaborate with the UK finance department to guarantee timely payment of supplier invoices and adherence to contract terms
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Conduct phone-based informational sessions.
- Adhere to all medical and health standards, policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Completed A-Level education (or equivalent) or relevant vocational training
- Possess 1-2 years of work experience as a Medical Coordinator or similar role
- Demonstrated prior experience with large database or CRM systems
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Exceptional organisational skills and adeptness at multitasking efficiently
