Reed Engineering are working alongside our client who are looking for a Mechanical Technician to join their team. The company are looking for a technician to join a small, well-functioning team, the position will be based in a busy workshop environment on a full time, temporary basis.

  • Location: Dyce, Aberdeen
  • Pay: £14 - £17 an hour DOE
  • Hours: 40-hour week

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and repairing tools and equipment
  • Moving equipment manually or with hoists/cranes
  • Maintain records and stock is correct
  • Ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Experience with working with downhole tools
  • Proficient in the use of multi-meters and gauging equipment
  • Experience in a mechanical environment and familiarity with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
