Title: Mechanical Sprinkler Engineer

Location of Works: Reading

The Company: The role is for a large nationwide business specialising within the Fire and Security industry. Due to the company constantly growing, they are now seeking additional engineers in their Sprinkler department.

Package:  £38,000 - £45,000 Basic salary

Company Van

Travel time paid for after the first 45 minutes (each way)

22 Days holiday + Bank Holidays + Birthday off (increasing each year up to 25 days’ holiday)

Main Responsibilities:

At least2 years of experience working in a Sprinkler Engineer position and/or Mechanical Pipe Installation position

Service and Remedial works on Sprinkler Systems, Fire Risers, Fire Hose Reels and Fire Hydrants

A working practice of BS9251

Working to high British and EN standards

Woking independently and as part of the wider Sprinkler team on Sprinkler Systems, Fire Risers, Fire Hose Reels and Fire Hydrants

Knowledge and experience:

At least2 years of experience working in a Sprinkler Engineer position and/or Mechanical Pipe Installation position

Able to work independently and as part of the wider Sprinkler team on Sprinkler Systems, Fire Risers, Fire Hose Reels and Fire Hydrants

Customer orientated

Working to high British and EN standards

Knowledge of BS9251 working practice

Full driving licence is mandatory
