Mechanical Project Manager (Divisional Lead) - Cheshire

£50000-£60000 + Car/Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

Building Services Consultancy are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to act as the divisional lead of the business helping to manage a team of engineers, attending sites to undertake comprehensive surveys and formulate complete project plans to keep work on budget and to delivery agreements.

You will be required to come into the office for meetings, but in the most part you will either be on site with the client's ensuring health and safety and industry regulations are met or identifying project improvements and assessing new projects across the North West.

To apply the following background is required:

  • 7+ years' experience within the mechanical field
  • Be working at a project manager or similar level currently on projects in the North-West.
  • Experience undertaking site surveys, assisting with estimating work and gaining quotations from suppliers.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare, Education and Retail projects desirable.
  • Mechanical or Plumbing qualifications.
  • Full driving License

Projects will be in the North-West and up to £1m, meaning managing multiple projects is required.
