Are you an experienced mechanical building services maintenance engineer looking for a new opportunity on a busy contract? I am working with a leading health care provider who are on the lookout for an engineer to maintain all of their critical plant mechanical systems.

Duties

  • Standard mechanical PPMs
  • Reactive maintenance
  • AHUs/FCUs - cleaning filters/changing filters, cleaning coils, mechanical seals, belt changes
  • VAVs
  • Sprinkler Testing
  • High-Pressure Pumps
  • Steam Boilers
  • Mechanical Seals
  • Water Treatment
  • Reactive Plumbing
  • Motors
  • Liaising/directing subcontractors around site
  • Report writing - completing logbooks

Requirements

  • C&G/NVQ in mechanical engineering/marine engineering
  • Previous building services/marine/hospital maintenance experience
  • Technically minded
  • Career driven
