This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider on one of their high-profile commercial contracts by Bank, in the City of London. The company is a well established maintenance provider who likes to progress their engineers career with all the opportunities of training and development.

Based on a 17 storey commercial building the mechanically qualified engineer will be working Monday to Friday on a split shift pattern of 7am to 4pm and 10am to 7pm on a weekly rotating basis. You will be part of a 2 man maintenance team undertaking the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site.

Duties

  • PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
  • AHUs
  • FCUs
  • Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
  • Sprinkler Systems
  • Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
  • Tap Temperatures
  • Chilled Water Systems
  • Plumbing
  • Generators
  • Pressurisation units
  • BMS Operation


Requirements

  • Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ (or equivalent)
  • Apprentice trained - desirable
  • Building Services Maintenance experience
  • Very Client facing

Package

  • £40,000 - £42,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 7-4, 10-7 days, weekly rotations
  • 25 days holiday
