Job Role: Mechanical Fitter
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £14.50ph+

12 Week Temp-Perm

Metalis are working with a company who have 14 years trading experience and are the go-to company for engineering needs who due to continuous growth, are looking for a skilled Mechancial Fitter to join their team in Chesterfield.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain all factory equipment and machinery in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working on Overhead Cranes
  • Ensure the workshop area is maintained according to housekeeping standards
  • Understand and follow departmental operating procedures
  • Diagnosing and rectifying manufacturing breakdowns
  • Working to a comprehensive preventative maintenance schedule as well as working on breakdowns and projects
  • Traveling from site to site - Local

All applicants must have a valid UK Driving License.

Shifts and Salary:

  • Days regular, Monday - Friday
  • £14.50ph+
  • Overtime = Time and ½
